Life Changing Counselling and Psychotherapy in Shrewsbury

Nic Auerbach

As an integrative therapist I aim to help bring about positive, lasting changes in your life.  Often this is about breaking out of long-held patterns of thinking and behaviour. I come from a film directing background and I can help you creatively to look at your life through a different lens, creating a different perspective; discovering, then realising the changes you desire.

No two clients are the same - and at The MindClinic no two treatment plans are the same. Sessions are very creative, bespoke and tailored uniquely to each client. I limit the number of my clients at any one time so that I can focus completely on your needs.

How can counselling help me?

I am a certified psychotherapist (Dip. Couns) trained in an integrative, humanistic, trauma-informed approach. I am also a certified CBT therapist.  I am a registered member of the BACP and the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP) and abide by their code of ethics.

I am a certified hypnotherapist (D. My practice is covered by full professional indemnity insurance (£5m) underwritten by Lloyds of London.

I run Mantalk!, the weekly trauma group at Black Country Mental Health.
