Now what do YOU want to change
As an integrative therapist I aim to help bring about positive, lasting changes in your life. Often this is about breaking out of long-held patterns of thinking and behaviour. I come from a film directing background and I can help you creatively to look at your life through a different lens, creating a different perspective; discovering, then realising the changes you desire.
